Pushkins has been at her foster home for the last year recovering from having been kept living in a shower cubicle with only a bed and litter tray.  Because her movements were restricted she developed a medical condition called spondylitis, which is a painful condition of the spine resulting from the degeneration of the intervertebral discs. She has been seen by the Royal Vet College who advised that ongoing strong pain relief would be the only option to give her some freedom of movement and a chance at a better quality of life. Pushkins is now 17 years old and requires sponsorship to help towards her high medical costs that will continue for the rest of her life. Can you help Pushkins with sponsorship?

Poppy is 17 years old and has been with her foster home for the past 2 years and prior to coming to her foster home had a poor quality of life having been neglected and severely harassed by two boisterous young boys pulling her tails and chasing her.  Poppy was left to live in the garden through all weather conditions and then her owner just moved, leaving her behind for the next tenant to find her in an empty home. As a result of this traumatic experience and neglect, she has had to have most of her teeth removed and has also had on-going health issues including loss of weight resulting in many visits to the vets to rectify. Can you help Poppy with sponsorship?

Millie is a very trouble cat of 13 who had health issues and an unhappy life before coming to her foster home. She was adopted by loving owners but shortly afterwards they had to move to sheltered accommodation. Marjorie Nash took her in to save her being put down. She has finally started to interact more with people after three years in foster care. Millie has suffered from a severe calicivirus infection which causes the mouth to have painful ulcerations. She has had to have teeth removed and pain relief. She is unable to groom herself because of this condition and has to be sedated and her coat de-matted several times a year. this will continue for the rest of her life. Can you help Millie with sponsorship towards her on-going medical costs ?

Woody came to Marjorie Nash Cat Rescue earlier this year, he was found living as a stray on a main road and had clearly lived rough for a long time and was injured. As soon as Woody was rescued it was a apparent he was suffering severely with walking on his rear legs and his skin was in a distressing state.
Woody is now living in a loving permanent foster home and is unable to be rehomed due to being slightly incontinent and his immobility.  It is unknown what incident caused these medical issues. Following X-rays and visits to the vets, it is now believed that it is likely that he was involved in a traffic accident and never received medical care. Woody has to have strong on-going pain relief and trips to the vet to enable him to have any quality of life. Can you help Woody with sponsorship towards his on-going medical costs ?

Beauty came to Marjorie Nash Cat Rescue due to the death of her owner and no family member was able to take her so is now in a permanent foster home. She has been struggling with the trauma of the loss of her owner and refusing to eat resulting in a drastic loss of weight.  The vet has now had to prescribe her medication to encourage her to eat.  She is also showing signs that her eye sight may be deteriorating. She is spending a great deal of time sleeping on her heat pad and is very withdrawn.  Hopefully in time this will improve and her foster mum is working closely with her to get her through this.
Beauty is having to go for regular checks regarding her weight loss and is incurring numerous vet costs.
Can you help Beauty with sponsorship towards her on-going vet costs ?
